The product arrived with a tear, they gave me a partial refund, they could be more detailed about the shipping, but overall it was okay.

The product works great and is very practical.
My only complaint is the sewing inside. The way the bottom is stitched and how the velcro is used doesn’t really make sense to me.
Since it’s still functional, i’m happy to keep it, but that’s why i’ve rated it this way.
